Top MOC Competition Winner for January/Updates

The first round of the Top MOC Competition is over: Round 1 - December/January Final Rankings!

Top MOC Competition

It's been a while since we ran a competition. So to make up for that, we have come up with something a bit different. The new Top MOC Competition will be a continuous month-by-month award to the most liked MOC on Rebrickable. To make this as fair (and automated) as possible, the rules are a little different to normal...

LEGO Team's Challenge to Rebrickable

In late August, Kim Thomsen from the LEGO CEE Community Support team contacted myself and the Eurobricks team with a challenge. They are impressed with the database of alternate build MOCs that Rebrickable has accumulated and wanted to see what the community could come up with under some quite restricted conditions. These conditions just so happened to be similar to those forced on internal LEGO designers :)

Winner - April MOC Alternate Build Competition

The April competition required the creation of a MOC from a single set. There were 21 approved entries. The three judges scored every entry with their own criteria and weightings which included creativity, originiality, playability, instructions, and a host of other aspects.

MOC Alternate Build Competition - April

The competition held last December was a great success with lots of awesome MOCs. We are running another one for April, with a similar theme. Create and submit a MOC using only the parts from any single set of your choice (that meets the criteria below). If your submission gets the most votes at the end of the month, you win $100!

Voting - December Alternate Build Competition

The December Alternate Build Competition is over and it's time to find the winner!

MOC Alternate Build Competition - December

Rebrickable is running another alternate build competition. Simply create and submit a MOC using only the parts from a single set from the list of choices below. If your submission gets the most votes at the end of the month, you win $100!

Vote for your Favourite Competition MOCs

Well the first ever Rebrickable competition is over and it's time to start voting for the winner.

MOC Alternate Build Competition - Win $100

Rebrickable will be hosting a month-long competition to encourage the submission of some great new MOCs. The nature of Rebrickable is to promote re-using your LEGO parts to build new stuff so this competition will focus on Alternate Builds. An Alternate Build is a MOC that uses only the parts from a single official LEGO set.
