  1. Most of my sets are newer than 2010. I do however have a 2009 set which has dark red parts. a 1x2 tile broke and I had no clue why. I think you may be on to something. (I have never had another 1x2 tile break before)

    PM outside of Forums

Thank you for letting me know!
  3. A recent interaction with another user brought me to consider being able to PM someone outside of the Forums would be useful. He or she may not have a forums account and the person to be contacted may not either. This would be an appreciated feature I'm sure. Maybe something like Profile>PM (user name)>enter message>send. I know there would be downsides to this as well, such as making harassment, etc. easier.

    Featured MOC's

So I think the 'Featured Moc's' feature is a great idea. I often get the same one. I just wish it would be more variant. This may be due to a lack of people who upgraded to have their MOC's featured here, but still have the MOC's shown by this designer vary. For instance I keep getting the same one of NKubate's alternates. I never have another one of his MOC's show up. All I am saying is I think it should be a bit more random. Thanks for your time!

    lepin

I got a building set when I was very young, I was told it was Lego. I now know it isn't but I cannot say what brand it is either. The few parts I have left from it look like they may LEPIN style pieces, but I cannot guarantee. (I would easily believe they would be LEPIN though). These bricks are compatible with Lego, however they fit more tightly, so you may have a harder time dissembling models. Just remember I cannot guarantee my set was LEPIN, it is just highly likely. I hope this answers you question of compatibility, however colours seem to be different etc... In short building compatibility: yes. Colour: No

    Saving sets/MOC's to build

Hi! So I have several small sets I plan to build in the near future and was curious if there is a way to save these somewhere in a list. If so then I can go to that list and see all the models I plan to build without having to individually find them all again via search or build. For instance I may want to build 31027 and 31033 in the near future. I would like to have them somewhere in a list so I can go right to that list without having to track those sets down through search, build etc. Is there a way to do this or perhaps something similar? Like maybe a planned to build list? I don't want to mark sets as assembled though because I use parts from other sets to make these. Just something as a list that I plan/hope to build eventually. Thanks in advance for any help or solution Regards, TeagueO

  11. You can change build options to not include minifigure parts. Just go to 'change build settings'

How to use "BUILD SET - Find My Parts" page

I see what you mean. Well perhaps keep that same page. It tells you what parts you need to take out. After building the MOC and now dissembling it go to the page. I suppose a way to work around your problem is just look at the page and see what parts you took from that set, find those in the dissembled MOC, and put them back in. But there is no separate page to my knowledge. Just have to workaround this I suppose. Good luck with your project also.

How to use "BUILD SET - Find My Parts" page

So what you mean, you click build this and the 'source parts' page comes up right? Well for your issue perhaps don't click on 'use this set' until you have the parts you need from that set in front of you. For instance, if I need 10 parts from 31006-1, I will go collect those 10 parts, physically set them in front of me, then click 'use this set'. Now I have 10 fewer parts to find and have eliminated one set. I realize this isn't exactly what you mean, but this is how I do it and it works well (fro me). Since this way allows you to see which parts came from where since you stay on that page, I think it may help you until Rebrickable adds a new feature. I hope this was helpful.
