  1. Hello Rebrickable members, I am excited to announce a new Kickstarter project for a new inventory and order management software application specifically designed for LEGO® sellers (there will also be a base version that hobbyists can use for managing their purchases and personal collection). Anyone who has used BrickStock, or BrickStore before it, knows how much time can be saved with such a program. However, one of the shortcomings of these applications has been the lack of continued support, updates, and new features (through no fault of their creators, mind you). And so, the idea for our application, InvenStorey, was born. At its core, Invenstorey will provide the same abilities as BrickStock but with on-going support for users and regular updates, including new features. But we want to make this program even better. Some of the ideas for new features are: - Smart Catalog: Imagine the ability to hide portions of the catalog that you don't use (think really old sets, parts and minifgures; or third-party custom items) and adding custom tags to make searching for parts easier. - Integration with other services: if you use services like ShipStation, Stamps.com, or others to purchase shipping online, you'll be able to download orders into InvenStorey and fulfill them without leaving the application. - Sync your inventory: the ability to sync inventory across multiple marketplaces, or even your own website. - iPhone/Android App: after the main application is completed, the addition of a smartphone app that will allow you to scan inventory into the application, either by UPC or by image search. These are just a few ideas, but the best ideas will no doubt come from the community this project is for. We know that backers of this project will have lots of feedback on what features are needed for their business. Through polling, live stream discussions, and closed beta periods, we expect to get tons of new feature ideas to add to InvenStorey. Please take the time to check out our Kickstarter project and send us any questions or feedback you have. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/invenstorey/invenstorey-manage-your-lego-parts-store-with-ease?ref=bb9vht Thanks, Mike Programmer, InvenStorey http://www.invenstorey.com https://www.facebook.com/InvenStorey/
  2. Hello While exporting my missing parts to bricklink I got a message that there is an error in xml but nothing specific. What could be the reason for this? Have you experienced the same thing?
  3. I go to my parts list, click on the import/delete parts button. Then I click on the from-website-Bricklink-order button. The popup occurs. I select the order I want with the tickbox. Then I click append, nothing happens. None of the buttons/links do anything. Never done this before... am I missing something simple? Thanks for any advice...
  4. Hello- I created a parts list, and populated it by importing three orders through the bricklink API method. Now, this parts list shows 14 parts, but when I drill into the categories, only 6 parts are listed. The others are wheels with group part numbers (32247c01 for example). I don't see any errors reported during the import. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks!
  5. Hello guys for sure all of us ordering parts from Bricklink so i want to share with you my problem if one of you have a clever solution. This is the case: i upload a wanted list on MY MOC LIST i search parts by shop with lots unique then if one of the first sellers have ALL pieces in my wanted i have to order the most of the parts from who have more, then i have to MANUALLY editing my wanted list by moving ordered parts from my wanted list to a secondary WL (called MY MOC ORDERED for example) Then i have to reiterate the steps above by search by shop lots unique, then if the "new" first sellers not have all the remaining parts i have to do it again manually. So is it possible or is there a command or an option to remove ordered parts automatically from my primary wanted list after an order is placed? thanks regards Simon
  6. hi, trying to tech rebrickable about my PAB items. I wrote a bricklink inventory file using the colors from http://rebrickable.com/colors. The part-ids are what is printed on the brick / what bricklink shows. Now when I import this I get the errors below. I am attaching the bricklink file. The weird thing is that I think the parts are correct http://rebrickable.com/parts/3039 http://rebrickable.com/parts/60603 ... Any ideas?
