I Can't Upload My Csv File

Recommended Posts

Hi. I have tried to upload our list of sets in order to start my son's account. However, whenever I upload the csv file it says it has imported 0 sets. I can't find an example of what the csv format should be. I have tried:

Just the list:
4209
75030
31008

And another example I found in the forums:
Part,Color,Num
4209,,
75030,,
31008,,

Can someone tell me the correct format for this data?

First of all you need to include the *-1 in the set ID. Not sure about the formats, I have manually added my sets and majority of my parts that hasn't been BL orders.

Probably also need how many of that set. I would guess something like:

4209-1,1
75030-1,1
31008-1,1

I also haven't used the import csv so I don't know for certain.

I really need to make the format visible somewhere... but an example Brickset CSV file looks like:

Number,Variant,Theme,Subtheme,Year,SetName,Minifigs,Pieces,UKPrice,USPrice,Notes,QtyOwned
"497",1,"Space","Classic",1979,"Galaxy Explorer",4,338,,32,"",1,
"760",1,"Gear","Storage",1984,"Storage Cabinet",,,,,"",1,
"1498",1,"Space","Classic",1987,"Spy-Bot",,62,,,"",1,
"1499",1,"Space","Classic",1987,"Twin Starfire",2,89,,,"",1,
"3183",1,"Friends","",2012,"Stephanie's Cool Convertible",1,130,14.99,14.99,"",1,

I only look at the number/variant/qtyowned fields.

I know this post is from 2 years ago, but that is painful when you are making a csv file for 101 sets...
