Please Report Any Missing Or Incorrect Sets Here

Recommended Posts

I am about to buy the LEGO education set of the Panama Canal (2000451) but would you like to know if anyone has had problems with missing or broken parts?

Hello, not sure this is the right place for this, but the instructions for Set 10696-1-s4 (the Train of the Medium Classic Box) request 10x part 2377, when it should be requesting part 60032 (black 4539128), which is the piece that actually comes in the Med Classic Box (listed correctly for set 10696)

Also, on the same set, the Toaster instructions (10696-1-s9) request 8x part 3004 (tan) but instead should be 4x 3010 (tan 4113916, also included in set 10696)

Cannot submit change request as i'm not level 2.

About set 5110-1 Pneumatic Value Pack
https://rebrickable.com/sets/5110-1/pneumatic-value-pack/#parts

The inventory does not match the image: image is the European 5110 (from a EU 1990 Service Pack leaflet CONFIRMED, not, as Peeron claims, from 1989), inventory is US 5110 (Pneumatic Value Pack Set, a kit containing 4 small sets).

Bricklink uses 5110-1 for US version, and 5110-2 for EU version.
Brickowl uses 5110-1 for EU version, and 5110-2 for US version.

I suggest following Brickowl and making the EU version leading, as it was introduced in 1990, while the US version was probably from 1997.

New inventory for EU-version 5110-1:

2x Black Axle 10 with Threads
 - https://rebrickable.com/parts/3737b/technic-axle-10-threaded/

12x Light Gray Axle Nut
 - https://rebrickable.com/parts/4698/technic-axle-nut/

10x Light Gray Technic Beam 1 x 4 x 0.5 with Boss
 - https://rebrickable.com/parts/2825/technic-beam-1-x-4-thin-with-stud-connector/#parts

2x Black Threaded Axle 4 (3705)

BEWARE: the current inventory contains 5099-1, 5107-1 and 5109-1 - they look like sets, BUT THEY ARE PARTS!
Probably added by accident to the parts database. Once uncoupled from this set, I suggest removing them.

Part 2793c01 should also be uncoupled. This part was introduced in 1992 with set 8868-1 - Air Tech Claw Rig, and only occurred in Service Packs from 1994 onward. The current release year of 2793c01 is therefore also wrong. Not sure if this will auto-correct when the part is removed from this set.

Once this is done, I will add 5110-2 as a kit containing 4 sets (not sure if I can do this without an image).

PS. There are a few more 'set-like' parts in the part database, I hope to check those tomorrow.

Something weird there.  It says I did something on Sept 7, but I don't remember what I was working on at the time that would  have added it here.

I'll check into it in more depth later today.

I cannot find set 40177-1, it is a camping mini-set that was given as a freebie at the Lego Store.

It consists of a Tent, figurine, stove and a gem protected by a snake.

I have attached a photo of the package.

Waiting to hear back from Nathan about changing the set numbers.  I've fixed the inventories and added a set image from my 1997 US catalog.  Feel free to use it and make it fit better.  Neither Paul or I are into that sort of thing.

My 1989 Service Pack leaflet for GB, F, NL, and B indicates that 5107-1 and 5108-1 were available in Jan. 1989 for use in New sets out in Sept. 1989, so perhaps that's why peeron used the 1989 date.

Sure, no problem. Any others, just let me know. Or send entire scan and I'll crop, sharpen and upload.

PS. JPEG is a compressed format, so if I take a .jpg image from the site, change it, and save it again, the image quality diminishes. For best quality, email me the entire scan (preferably as .png), and I'll take care of the rest.

jpg format is ok if you use the right program and set all factors on 100% just as in fs Imaga viewer then there is no loss of quality i did rework 30000 jpg to pdf see our librairy.

And you have to scan with the right resolution, a minimum of 150dpi that is a factor you can set as prioir if you have a Epson scanner.

And never use Windows Paint that makes all youre scans only 70dpi after saving them and useless for rebrickable.

@Lucky-Ramsesyou're right, of course, but when an image is uploaded, the system seems to perform an automatic crop to a width of 1000px, and I don't know what compression-ratio is used to store the final result. It might be 100%, but I am not sure, and I have no access to these technical details.

So, just to be sure, I advised @thea to use .png (if her scanner allows that format).

Hello,

I was hoping the the Ninjago Movie minifigs would be added to the database. https://brickset.com/search?query=71019&scope=All

Thank you :)

I still haven't received my box, but I've added these parts through the lego.com download.  I'd like to ask everyone to wait to use them, because they need changes and corrections.  I'll be working on them over the weekend, and will post a status report when I finish.

Thanks!

You can on this page just export Rebrickable part list as Bricklink xml, and you can upload it there you need to check it and maybe correct some parts.

Instructions are there to help.

We do not accept complete Set inventories taken directly from BrickLink.

I am working on these CMF this weekend.  All the minifig and other printed parts have to be checked and many have to be given new numbers and descriptions.  From past experience we have found it's best to let one person do the initial catalog work for the entire series.

The total parts list is added now and the 20 individual set inventories are being worked on by a member.  Sorry for the delay due to some health issues on my part.

Another member had been working on the inventory for this set, and I'm waiting for a response to a question I asked.  If you have reached the set submission level, you can submit it.  If yours is correct, I can approve it over the first one.
