First you need to add your LEGO collection after that you can use the build feature to find MOCs and other sets you can build.

or you can go straight to posting your own MOCS. The site is great but it also require quite alot of effort to utilize fully.

Hi RobotAgent, welcome to Rebrickable  :) Hope you enjoy your stay. The main functionality the site offers is a way to see what official sets and unofficial MOCs (you can submit your own!) you can build using the sets and loose parts that you own (hence the name rebrickable). You can access this functionality using the 'Build' option in the top menu, or by hitting the 'Build this set/MOC' button on a particular set's/MOC's page. The site will then calculate whether you are missing any parts, and lists them for you. Ofcourse, like biodreamer said, to make use of this functionality you first need to let us know what sets and loose parts you currently have. See this thread for more information on how to do this.
