In the inventory there is an error message about error on color for technic axle 5.5 with stop. However this part is available in black as number 32209. I just can't get it in the inventory. You can find this color for example in sets 8415 (6x), 8454 (6x) or 8458(4x). Click here

Please check the site for buying the instructions, I'm trying 2 days now and it doesn't proceed, it gets stuck. I have tried from multiple PCs, also cleared cache and cookies. Nothing worked.

Hello vded, thank you for your interest in my building instrctions. Do you try to buy via paypal? I don't see any activity from you in the webshop. Regards Allard.
      • 1 month, 3 weeks ago vded Level 16 PRO
Yup Allard, through PayPal, and I got into a non ending loading loop, tried 5 times yesterday and 3 times today.

So, you got stuck on the webshop, no redirection to Paypal at all? That is what you mean? Very strange here from my laptop it all works fine. Not really helping for you though, any error messages?

Thinking of selling my copy of this model. Great display piece but looking to make room on my shelf for that new Defender. If interested please reach out to rtnagori at gmail.com. Can provide a lot of details and pictures. US buyer preferred

Looks great. Very Nice build. I build it myself - in black. And with chrome 1:8 low profile rims.
I try to make it a Countach 5000.
    • 11 months, 3 weeks ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
Thanks for your interest, looking forward for pictures with chrome rims.
  • I saw this MOC and I had to build it.  You have used some interesting building techniques especially in the use of parts in the front and rear suspension.  However, after building it I have some observations.  The chassis is not stiff enough in my opinion.  I added a 15L beam along the sides of the gear box to add some rigidity but its still not enough.  There are several 1 pin only connections which makes the model delicate.  The doors are in desperate need of a functioning mechanism.  The mechanism that raises/lowers the headlights is very delicate and in my case the u-joint keeps disconnecting as the pin that drive the mechanism keeps moving forward and disconnecting itself from the u-joint.  The cockpit also has a lot of exposed pins and needs some refinement.
Overall all, its a nice model but it needs some refinement to make it great.
Finally, as a compromise between the open/closed model, I switched out a 2L pin for a half pin and created a type of "door" that you can open to see the "closed" area.  The half pin acts as a way for the "door" not to open, but with gentle pressure you can open it.
I enjoyed the experience but was a bit disappointed in the end as it was not a "polished" product.  I look forward to seeing this design improved on as it holds great promise.

Hello Charlie, thanks a lot for your interest in my MOC and the time to elaborate on your evaluation. This is much appreciated. The stiffness of the chassis I don't recognize, I will have a look. The doors I do recognize. I am currently busy with another project moc. So when that is finished I will look into your feedback and see how I can make the necessary adjustments. Thanks again for your feedback. Regards Allard

Hello, Happy new year. Sorry to see. I have a lot of trouble loading the parts list correctly.
You are right somehow the ribbed hose is not mentioned. I added this one manually it the 78c14 in red. Regards.

Are the doors only connected by one pin? In my built model they cannot even hold themselves up. Along with this there are exposed blue pins within the doors, making me believe something goes there
    • 1 year, 1 month ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
Hello, you are right about the blue pins. Missed those in the various checks I did myself. These can be replaced by black L2 pins. I will make an updated version of the BI. Rest of design as intended. I ran into some different ideas for the door so maybe I will redesign those. Regards Allard

First things first !! This is a great model !! Great priced instructions to !! Only thing is i can't get the gearbox to work !! It is build like in the  instructions !! In neutral it rattles if you push it !! In gear you can't push it forward without horrible noises !! I shecked it 3 times but is really built like in the instructions !! Or is this just for show and you really can't use the gearbox because i am lost here to see why it isn't working !!
    • 1 year, 4 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
Hello, thanks for buying the instructions. I will have a look. I can't remember that the gearbox was not working properly. I took this MOC apart partly for new projects so will check what I have and rebuild to check where the noise could come from.
I admit that gear 3, 4 or 5 is heavy on the structure, like always with gearboxes.
      Regards Allard
      • 1 year, 4 months ago Technic72fan Level 12 PRO
Hallo Allard ! Thanks for your reply ! My take on this is if you push the model by hand this function as the motor so the strain on the gears is very great ?! If the fake motor would give power to the gearbox it should work better ! So in theory you just have to switch out the motor and diff connection to the gearbox to get it to work better ! I did not try this yet because i have to disassamble the car greatly for this ! Therefor i like your opinion on this idea of mine before i rebuild half of the car ! Or is my thinking on this way to  simple ? I know it could never function great deu to the size of the gears !!
        • 1 year, 4 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
yeah. I understand what you mean. I rebuild the moc a bit. When I push the car in the different gears I do feel resistance. However it all runs fine no rattles on my side. Just doesn't mean anything though.
You can send me some pictures of the gearbox your creation so I can have a look as well. [email protected]

Is the parts list complete? The inventory isn’t the same amount as written in the description.
    • 1 year, 4 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
Hello, I will have a look. The one in the instructions is correct for sure. I will double check if something went wrong with the upload in rebrickable.
      • 1 year, 4 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC

I need to get it. one question is it possible to make r c  will try to get soon
    • 1 year, 5 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
Hi, ofcourse it is all genuin Lego so that is possible. I myself am not a fan of RC so I expect you need to make some adjustments to the drive train. There is however space enough in the body to change the model to RC. If you Have questions while adjusting this model to RC feel free to ask.

Gorgeous old Lamborghini! Hey, aefferen, can I contact you via e-mail for further information about this model?
    • 1 year, 6 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
Yes ofcourse no issue. What do you want to know?
      • 1 year, 6 months ago Hal99 Level 10
Well, I'm thinking to build your fine model, but I'd prefer a bodywork without side openings. Can you consider a modified version of your instructions?
        • 1 year, 5 months ago aefferen Level 9 Designed this MOC
of course I can look into this. I will let you know when I have this modification ready. I will aim for within next 2 weeks due to high workload.
