Modular Building 1994

This is my modular building with a difference.
It came about as a result of a conversation with a friend over whether modular buildings were so impressive because of the advanced building techniques used to build them or the huge range of new parts and colours now available.
To demonstrate that it is the first, I designed this modular building using only parts and colours which existed up to the year 1994, 25 years ago. Some moulds may have changed, but the parts remain fundamentally the same.
The design is relatively simple, the first half is a pizza and ice cream restaurant while the second is a three storey townhouse with a garage on the ground floor, kitchen in the middle and bedroom on the top floor.  There is also a car, based on designs common at that time and bicycle.  I have not included minifigures as LDD does not feature any era appropriate designs.
Thanks for looking and any comments or questions are welcome!
