4100 Heavy cruiser

I wanted to do something different based on some concepts of the Alien Tormentor. The central body was the starting point and I simply used the parts I needed to get where I wanted. I was not sure what I wanted to do with the front section so I started the back section first. This was a more modest build and different from my usual setups as I had already used some parts in the central section. With what was left I tackled the front section which turned out pretty heavy like the central section. I didn't modify much at all after the first build. With the remaining parts I wanted to do some sideways extensions. I had however already used more useful parts so I was a bit in a bind on how to make it in such a way that it looked nice. Quite a few attempts followed to get it to look decent enough. In the end I moved it more to the front and added some new elements using the available parts. All in all this model is a bit blocky for my own taste but not too bad. There are a number of interesting ideas in it which is basically why I gave an acceptable approval to the model. All my series of alternate builds have contained some experimental builds so this one can fit into that category. And besides, what I like or not like can be not liked or liked by others.
