Hi, why the parts on rebrickeable are different than the instructions? I mean like 3707 shows 2, and in the instructions shows 4. and are a couple of differences between each other. which one is ok?
    • 2 months, 3 weeks ago Sheepo (9K) MOC Designer DESIGNER
Probably the most accurate part list is here in rebrickable.
      • 2 months, 3 weeks ago Demilego (719) PRO
Actually, the part list in rebrickeable it´s not correct , because when i started, i realised that i havent enough pieces to begin because the axle 3707. requieres 4. Thx for answer!

    Does it fit the Porsche
    • 9 months, 2 weeks ago CuddlyRancor (66)
      Can someone already confirm this?

I wonder if there are necessary changes to do, since the weight of the Porsche exceeds the 3.5kg he sets as a limit...
      • 8 months, 1 week ago hutz (1017)
I just finished the car lift (I like it very much!) ... AND I have the Porsche 42056 ... AND it's still assambled :)

You wanted to know, if the weight is a problem. I can tell you: No, the weight isn't a problem, the XL motor is strong enough.

But there is another problem: The Porsche is too low! It cannot drive on the car lift itself.

I built the 1:8 version and it works otherwise perfectly, but for some reason that automatic stop function in the lowest and highest position does not work. What could be the reason for this problem?
    • 1 year, 7 months ago Sheepo (9K) MOC Designer DESIGNER
Maybe you have the direction selector switch of the pole reverser in thew wrong direction. It is the little black switch close to the main orange switch. Move it and try again
      • 1 year, 7 months ago Janne75 (285)
Thank you for your quick reply. Actually I have not noticed before there even is such a little black switch in it. I will test this today when I am back at home. Thank you for this awesome MOC. Great design and very good power to lift in it.
        • 1 year, 7 months ago Janne75 (285)
I checked my switch and it is the odd type without that small black switch. I found a photo from Google from it, but most of 8869 are with that black small switch. I solved my problem by using battery box switch only in the correct direction. I use that normal battery box and not the one in your instructions. I even built my battery box now in a way it can not be used anymore in the wrong direction. I restricted the motion of that battery box switch in the wrong direction. Now automatic stop function works like a dream! Thank you very much!

I am happy that you could solve the problem. I didn't know that there are pole reverser without direction switch, is good to know that.
