LIKES

A prototype example of a differential gear engine for a remote control tank. One motor provides drive and the second provides stearing. Gearing allows tank to travel pefectly straight, stear on the spot while stationary and also stear whilst in motion.

This little fella is a lot of fun and very easy to control.

Replace motors for standard L Motors (not available in builder) and use the spare parts in design to connect motors together and connect them to the chassis as per the photos. You will also need an 8884 IR receiver and a remove controller (either style of remote will work fine)

I've just stacked the battery box and sensor on top as this is just a prototype.

Whilst this operates well it would require further re-enforcement and strengthening for any serious use. I've kept is as simple and small as possible to make it as easy as possible to integrate into your builds.
