Imperial Shuttle Tydirium

Hello all, up for sale is the culmination of months of work in LDD. Right around the time Lego released their Shuttle Tydirium set I was really dying for a new Imperial Shuttle. I was disappointed with their release, mostly because the head sculpt was off, and the landing gear did not fully retract. The crew ramp was also misplaced and done incorrectly. Feeling dissatisfied, I made my own.

My MOC is made up of around 1328 bricks. The wings pivot, the guns rotate and have spring loaded shooters, there are two static rear facing blasters, the main wing section can release and swivel back to expose the crew quarters (and yes the ramp does go all the way through the ship, no walls!) the head swivels up to let you see the pilots, and most importantly the docking gear full stows and unfolds. It holds the weight by inserting two technic axles once it is spread all the way out, and with the two landing gear and ramp opened the model is stable (without ramp it slightly leans forward).

It weighs around 5 pounds I'd guess, and is surprisingly sturdy). The clear stand is strong enough to support the shuttle even at this height! I really hope you enjoy this ship, it's by far my favorite Star Wars craft, and I spent weeks designing it to be as perfect as my budget allowed.
