    Hello Xion79!
The trailers must have 11 studs at least between the kingpin hole and front end of the trailer frame.
Otherwise the tractor rear fenders will hit the trailer frame.
For instance, all my trailers meet this requirement (so, once I defined some limit or standard I must follow it every where). As for other designers' MOCs I'd recommend checking this range first.
One day I will try to publish here a list of trailers I checked for compatibility.

Heey! It's on Rebrickable finally! I really love the best compatibility with the original model but different great functions.

Wow! Such a tasty thing and what a challnge to make it. I will definitely try to do it.

Edit 2019-09-03: Just finished some draft of my vision of B-train ready trailer. Why not to make a normal semi-trailer that extends into a B-Train one in a minute? Will publish it once finish and polish. As for the V8 haulers, they will come in the second turn, have some ideas though...

Looks great! I certainly need to make a front wall removable easily as right now it's deeply integrated. By the way I almost forgot about the chains for tarping! I will add them today as I especially was adding some parts exactly for them.

Wow, 143 ton quad drive train sounds so tasty to move along, will definitely make a B-double ready modification. Interesting, that started working with Technic trucks and trailers since February, now I know what BAB means and can quote that TAP procedure, lol 😂 .
