The 3 long axel in step 82 should be pushed through the other way, flush with the inside of the 40 tooth gear.
Then at step 116, you push it through the joystick with a spare axel.
I found building it with that 3 axel not connecting the 2 lift arm sandwiches made aligning the 40 tooth gears more complicated, so at step 116, I push the 3 axel out of the way, then feed the joystick through and push the axel back.

It looks like the Bricklin version is newer and matches the changes I suggested in the previous comment. I'll edit the studio file to change the sequence.
    Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the feedback. I can't seem to find the mistake you mentioned as there is no 3023 white 1x2 in either steps 38 or 39. The 15573 modified plate is sunken in slightly, Though you certainly can trade the round PDC mounds and push it out with a white 3023. In fact that's probably the better way to do it since 3023 1x2 plates are more common than 85861 or 6141 rounds and the clip bases wont catch the 1x2 slope edges when you rotate the assembly. Also save 6 round PDC bases.
